Terms of Service
Last updated August 14, 2026. These terms govern ScriptMatch accounts, paid trials, subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, content ownership, and use of AI-generated market intelligence.
Paid trial and automatic renewal
A paid trial lasts seven days and requires a payment method. You are charged $0 when it starts. Unless you cancel online before the trial ends, Screenwriter Core or Producer Pro automatically converts to the monthly or annual subscription selected in Stripe Checkout, plus applicable taxes, and continues to renew until canceled.
Prices
Screenwriter Core is $19.99 USD per month or $199 USD per year. Producer Pro is $39.99 USD per month or $399 USD per year. Any eligible promotion, its duration, and the price that follows are shown before confirmation.
Cancellation, reminders, and refunds
Customers can manage or cancel online from their account. ScriptMatch sends a trial-start acknowledgment, an advance trial-ending reminder, and an annual renewal notice. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, including applicable cancellation and prorated-refund rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of scripts and other creative work you upload. ScriptMatch uses uploaded material only to provide the service as described in the complete Terms displayed on this page.
